1. SHARE [YOUR DREAM]: People don’t connect with businesses, they connect with people. Putting your own behind the scenes story out there is how people develop trust in you, which can then lead to trust in your business. 🙌🏻 So please, don’t be afraid to be vulnerable! That’s how people know who you really are.

2. 💩 CHANGES CONSTANTLY: Did you know MLK didn’t think the march was a good idea? That confrontational approach hadn’t been successful before and he thought it would hurt the movement. With regards to social media, algorithms change all the time!! Which means so do strategies. Be open to trial + error and also flexible enough to adjust content a few times before you decide it’s not working.

3. DON’T DO IT ALONE: MLK got church groups and all kinds or organizations involved, and you should, too. Ask your audience to retweet content if it resonates with them, share someone’s offering and ask them to share yours, host a challenge with someone who has an audience you’d like to tap into — being “social” on social media expands your reach and grows your audience much faster than if you do it alone. ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
